Opening of the General Office in China
November 14, 2023, marked a significant event that connected Russia and China in a new dimension of international cooperation: Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Support of Russian President’s Reforms, Pavel Mutorov, officially opened the organization's general office in the capital of China, Beijing.
The main mission of this initiative is to deepen interactions between the countries in key areas: economic, social, cultural, and humanitarian. The office will provide a platform for organizing and coordinating the activities of the Committee's chairman within the framework of international cooperation programs.
The decision to appoint Mr. Yi Yanhui as the head of the newly opened general office underscores the commitment to effective interaction based on professionalism and a deep understanding of the Chinese business and cultural environment. This event opens a new chapter in Russo-Chinese relations, aimed at long-term and mutually beneficial partnership.
Brief note:
Mr. Yi Yanhui was the head of the organizational department of the Ecological Research Organization under the Agriculture Committee of Heilongjiang Province and is one of the founders of green technologies in China. Currently, he is the Director of the Department of Legal Security at the Beijing Center for Military-Civilian Integration Zhengxin, a special inspector of the discipline inspection and supervision department of the Working Committee for Construction and Urbanization of China, head of the China Enterprise Credit Evaluation Center, head of the China Enterprise Credit Audit Center, and head of the National Union of Integrity for Small and Medium Enterprises.
