Signing an agreement with the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs
On July 16, 2019, an agreement was signed between the Business Communications Committee of the Interregional Public Organization "Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs" represented by the head Morozova Zhanna Vladimirovna and the “Committee for Support of Russian President’s Reforms”.

The agreement is aimed at assisting small and medium-sized businesses in participating on a competitive basis in state and regional programs to support SMEs in accordance with the Federal Law of July 24, 2007 №209-FZ "On the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation", Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 06/05/2015 №287 "On measures for the further development of small and medium-sized businesses" and other legislative and regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

Cooperation provides for the possibility of organizing assistance in raising finance for representatives of small, medium and large businesses through project financing (from 300,000,000 to 10,000,000,000 rubles), implementing a system of guarantees and risk insurance, obtaining bank guarantees, participating in electronic trading, expert tender support, entering new markets, replenishing working capital, expanding production sites and in solving many other problems that arise for business entities, including protecting the rights and representing the interests of entrepreneurs in arbitration courts, arbitration courts, supervisory federal executive bodies and others government agencies and organizations.
The joint activities of the parties under the agreement will facilitate the participation of relevant organizations in the implementation of joint investment projects and cooperation programs, including the creation of commercial organizations, including those with the participation of foreign capital of foreign partners of the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs and the “Committee for Support of Russian President’s Reforms” from China , Turkey, Spain, the countries of the Middle East and Africa, in order to attract investments and improve the investment climate in the Russian Federation, as well as the development of trade and economic cooperation with our foreign partners, aimed at improving the efficiency of the implementation of Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 7, 2018 №204 "On the national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024" in the part "International cooperation and export".
